This combined course provides learners with essential training in both Basic Life Support and Manual Handling. It is ideal for healthcare workers, care staff and support workers who require practical training in emergency response and safe moving and handling techniques as part of their role.

The Basic Life Support section focuses on emergency response, CPR, recovery position, choking awareness and AED awareness. The Manual Handling section covers safe moving practices, risk awareness, injury prevention and practical manual handling techniques.

This combined course allows learners to complete both key training areas in one session, helping them build confidence, improve safety awareness and meet workplace training requirements.
