Refund policy
[DRAFT — pending review by Leadcare]
Last updated: 2 July 2026
1. How our refund scheme works
Where a course carries a fee, the fee acts as a refundable commitment deposit. Your course fee is refunded after you have attended and completed the course and completed your qualifying shift with Leadcare. Once Leadcare confirms your qualifying shift, your booking is marked eligible and the refund is processed.
2. What you get back
Refunds return the full course fee you paid, issued via the original payment method (the card you paid with). We cannot refund to a different card or by any other means.
Please note that the card processing fees charged by our payment provider are not recoverable — Leadcare absorbs these costs, and they do not reduce the amount refunded to you.
3. Timing
Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your card issuer.
4. When a refund is not due
You are not entitled to a refund if you do not attend the course, do not complete the training, or do not complete the qualifying shift. If Leadcare cancels a course you have paid for, your course fee is refunded in full regardless of the above.
5. Questions
If you believe you are due a refund that hasn't arrived, contact Leadcare with your booking reference — you'll find it on your booking confirmation email.
