1. About these terms
These terms apply to training course bookings made through the Leadcare Training booking portal, operated by Leadcare Nursing (“Leadcare”, “we”, “us”). By making a booking you agree to these terms and to our refund policy.
2. Bookings and payment
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us. For paid courses, your place is held for 35 minutes while you complete payment; if payment is not completed in that time, the booking expires and the place is released. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Course fees are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Each booking covers one named attendee; please make a separate booking for each person attending.
3. Attendance
Please arrive on time with photographic identification. Attendees who arrive significantly late or fail to attend may not be admitted and are not entitled to a refund, except as set out in our refund policy.
4. Changes and cancellations by Leadcare
Occasionally we may need to change a course date, venue or trainer, or cancel a course. If a course you have booked is cancelled by us, we will contact you using the details on your booking and refund any course fee you have paid in full.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued only to attendees who complete the course in full, at the trainer's discretion.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the course fee paid.
