This Basic Life Support course is designed to give learners the confidence and practical skills needed to respond effectively in an emergency situation. The course covers how to assess an incident, recognise when someone is not breathing normally, perform CPR, place someone in the recovery position, and understand the safe use of an automated external defibrillator, where available.
This course is suitable for healthcare workers, care staff, support workers and anyone who may need to provide immediate assistance in a medical emergency.
